New Redskins safety Landon Collins received an autographed jersey of his idol, Sean Taylor, from owner Daniel Snyder.
Posting on his Instagram, Collins showed off the gift.
“Honored by Mr. Snyder, aka Dan,” said Collins, who signed a six-year, $84 million deal with the Redskins. “This is unreal. #ripSeanTaylor”

Collins wore No. 21, Taylor’s number, in New York to honor the safety. He told reporters he has idolized Taylor since high school.
The Redskins will formally introduce Collins at a 2 p.m. press conference Thursday in Ashburn.
