AP HC starts works from Amaravati

AMARAVATI: The Andhra Pradesh high court commenced its functioning from the designated Justice City at Nelapadu in Amaravati on Monday. Till now, it was functioning from a makeshift arrangement at Vijayawada. As a dedicated building was made ready at Nelapadu, where a huge justice city complex is coming up, the HC authorities decided to shift the High Court to the new building.
Acting Chief Justice C Praveen Kumar and other judges inaugurated the AP HC advocates association hall on this occasion.Though there were complaints that air conditioners were not working, lawyers said it is a minor problem and would be resolved soon.
