Wales and England stars sin-binned after clash that saw try annulled

Wales and Saracens star Liam Williams was sin-binned for fighting with England international scrum-half Danny Care at the London Stadium.

The brawl resulted in a Saracens try controversially being annulled by referee JP Doyle, despite Harlequins number nine Care starting the altercation.

Viking Sky cruise ship evacuating 1,300 passengers and crew due to engine problems

The 1,300 passengers and crew are being evacuated from the Viking Sky cruise ship in Norway.

The ship started to have engine problems and sent a mayday call from the west of Norway.

Inside the horrific online chat rooms used by murderers and extremists

In the aftermath of the Christchurch shootings in which 50 people were killed as they went to pray at their local mosque, someone was creating an horrific online game based on what had happened.

The video was posted on a website called 8chan which isn’t available on Google any more but can be accessed through its Twitter feed.

Paintball gun fired at people on Cardiff street from car with its lights off

A paintball gun is being fired from a car at people near shops on a Cardiff street.

A 21-year-old man was hit by a paintball gun on Wednesday in Butetown.

There had also been two similar incidents on the previous two nights.

South Wales Police said on Tuesday another report of a paintball gun being fired at a shop on Bute Street was reported.

Wales Grand Slam star left in agony after awful injury

Wales Grand Slam star Josh Navidi faces a lay-off after suffering a painful injury in the opening minutes of Cardiff Blues’ 41-17 victory over the Scarlets at the Arms Park last night.

After lengthy treatment, Navidi left the field with his left arm in a makeshift sling fashioned out of his jersey.

Wedding descended into 'orgy of violence' as bride and groom's families argued

A wedding descended into an “orgy of violence” as tension between the bride and groom’s families spilled over, a court heard.

Christopher Stroud, the partner of one of the bridesmaids, assaulted a guest and then pushed a member of security staff who fell to the ground and dislocated his knee.

The 29-year-old, from Swansea, reacted after his own partner was assaulted when violence erupted on the dancefloor at the wedding.

Around 100 truckers had been gearing up to cause havoc on the M4 in protest at the potential delay to Brexit .

The ‘Great British road block south Wales’ was part of planned blockades across the UK in response to what organisers were calling a “Brexit betrayal”.

But the reality was quite different from the intention with very few problems reported on the roads and some events failing to materialise at all.

'I was told I was too fat to get help for my severe eating disorder'

A young woman has been refused professional help for her severe eating disorder because she was deemed “too fat”.

Sammy Halstead, from Caerphilly, went for an assessment with a community mental health team (CMHT) in Cardiff after moving to the capital to study psychology.

But she said her “heart sank” when she received a letter stating she didn’t meet the criteria for specialist eating disorder support as her body mass index (BMI) was not low enough.
