Khammam: Congress candidate for Khammam Parliamentary Constituency, Ms Renuka Chowdhary told that Khammam is a permanent citadel of Congress party.
She told that Mr Nana Nageshwara Rao who crossed the floor from TDP overnight to join TRS does not have popular support among the public.
She further told that casting vote in favour of Nana Nageshwara Rao would amount to neglecting the development of Khammam District.
Ms Chawdhary had represented Khammam in Lok Sabha earlier.
