Adani Transport Ltd (ATL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), has incorporated Suryapet Khammam Road Private Ltd (SKRPL).
SKRPL has been floated to carry on the business of development, maintenance and management of four laning of National Highway-365BB (Old SH-42) from Suryapet to Khammam in the State of Telangana under Bharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity Mode on Design, Build, Finance Operate and Transfer basis, AEL said in a stock exchange notice.
The authorised and paid-up capital of SKRPL, which is yet to commence operations, is Rs 1 lakh. ATL will have 74 per cent shareholding in SKRPL, which has been registered with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat at Ahmedabad on April 12, 2019.
