Lok Sabha polls 2019: Congress, BJP roadshows clash in Mathura

A clash has been averted on Tuesday after the Congress and BJP supporters came face-to- face during roadshows in Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura. BJP candidate Hema Malini held a roadshow and when it was passing through Chhatta Bazar of the city, the Congress candidate was coming from the opposite direction along with his supporters. The supporters of both parties came face to face. But, an adequate deployment of police personnel averted any untoward incident and they peacefully moved from the flashpoint.
