Unable to tolerate her attitude, Sivaji was waiting for an opportunity to eliminate her.
Nellore: In a vain bid, a man had attempted to kill his wife after knocking down with his car near Thoorpunaidupalem village in Tangutur mandal of Prakasam district on Wednesday.
The accused identified as V. Sivaji of K. Bitragunta in Jargumalli is at loggerheads with his wife Srilatha from six months. Unable to tolerate her attitude, Sivaji was waiting for an opportunity to eliminate her. In this backdrop, he followed her in his car when he noticed her going in the bike along with her uncle. Srilatha and her uncle sustained injuries after Sivaji’s car hit their bike.
They were rushed to RIMS in Ongole in 108 ambulance for treatment. SI Hazarattaiah said that they have booked a case and on the lookout for the accused who is at large.
