CBSE Class 10 Results 2019: 3 Ghaziabad students emerges joint all India toppers

The class 10 results that was announced by Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE) on Monday and three students from Ghaziabad has scored a whopping 99.8% and has emerged joint toppers out of total 13 in the country.

GHAZIABAD: The class 10 results that was announced by Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE) on Monday and three students from Ghaziabad has scored a whopping 99.8% and has emerged joint toppers out of total 13 in the country.
Ankur Mishra of SAJ School, Vasundhara sector 14C, Ish Madan of Ch Chhabil Dass Public School and Apporva Jain of Uttam Public School all scored 499 marks out of 500 and each of them has set their eyes on IIT.

“I had never thought that I would top I the country though I had this gut feeling that in would do well in the exam” said a beaming Apporva Jain of Uttam Public School who scored 100 each in English, Sanskrit, Maths and Science. “I missed social science by a whisker even though I had paid special attention to the subject which I found challenging ” added Apporva who got 99 marks in the subject.
Apporva’s parents Manish Jain is in garment business while her mother Anshu Jain is a homemaker. “We are extremely proud of her , though she is studious we never expected she will top in the country” said Manish Jain, her father. “She used to be so engrossed in her studies that we had to goad her to go out and play” added Jain. Her Mother Anshu meanwhile said that she was very much active on social media but in later stage had to impose a curb on it. “We had allowed her to remain active on whatsapp group and that also for studying purpose” said Anshu Jain, Apporva’s mother.
Sharmila Raheja, principal of Uttam Public School later said that “she had the right attitude was regularly seen clearing her doubts with teachers, she was class topper throughout and we knew she would do us proud.”
Ish Madan was seated in the center in Ch Chhabil Dass Public School’s hall taking questions from media with confidence. “Social science was one subject that I really found challenging but I am glad that scored cent per cent in the subject” said Ish Madan who also said that he devoted six to seven hours daily to his studies. Ish scored 100 marks each in English, Hindi, Maths and Social science and got 99 in science.

Seated by Ish side was his grandmother Puspha Madan greeting everyone with folded hands each time one congratulated on her grandson’s achievement. “He is such a good boy and studious that I knew he would excel in this exam” said Puspha Madan. Ish’s grandmother.
Ish’s mother Vandana Madan is a government school teacher while his father Vipin Madan is a general manager in Indrapuram based construction company. “I love playing cricket and to de-stress myself every evening I played cricket with my friends in the society” said Ish.
Ankur Mishra of SAJ School, Vasundhara sector 14C who scored a perfect 100 in English, Hindi, Science and Social Science and 99 in Maths like Apporva and Ish wants to clear IIT. “I want to crack IIT and I have to maintain the same tempo ” said Ankur Mishra who like Ish is a an avid cricketer . Ankur’s father Umesh Mishra is an advocate while his mother Vandana Mishra is a homemaker. “His love for cricket was superseded only by studies and even during his hectic studies he hardly missed any cricketing action” said Vandana Mishra, Ankur’s mother. “We are so proud of him and just hope that he keep doing well in studies, after all this is just a beginning ” added Vandana Mishra who keeps on reminding him not to be complacent.
Apart from Ankur , Ish and Apporva there are six students from Ghaziabad who scored 498 marks out of 500 and came joint second topper in the country while 10 scored 497 out of 500 to occupy joint third spot in the country.
