Congress President’s fate lies sealed in EVMs from Wayanad constituency of Kerala. Apart from that, the 2019 Lok Sabha elections in Kerala is likely to witness a major change from the state’s established two-alliance polity to a third entrant – BJP. There are 20 Lok Sabha seats in Kerala of which Congress had won eight while CPM and CPI had won five and one respectively in 2014. BJP had polled an impressive 10.3% vote share but had failed to open its account in 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
