SR Prabhakaran has joined hands with his mentor, the actor-director Sasi Kumar, once again for Kombu Vecha Singamda, after their earlier successful venture Sundarapandian. Loosely based on the sensational real life incidents that happened in the remote and small towns of Tamil Nadu between the years 1990 and 1994, KVS has Madonna Sebastian as Sasi Kumar’s pair.

The supporting cast includes Soori, Director Mahendran, Harish Perady, ‘Sundarapandian’ Thulasi, Deepa Ramanujam, Sendrayan and the producer of the film Inder Kumar. While Ekambaram cranks the camera, Dhibu Ninan Thomas composes the music.
The film has been wrapped up in a single schedule, commencing in Karaikudi, the team shot in various places like Pollachi, Palani, Tenkasi, Kovilpatti, Virudhunagar and Courtrallam.
