Jawzjan- detention of Taliban Shadow governor for Faizabad district
National security forces arrested an armed Taliban shadow governor for faizabad district of Jawzjan province in a targeted operation.
According to the Middle East Press quoting a newsletter by NDS, Molavi Obaidullah named Hanafi, a key member of the Taliban was arrested during a special operation in the Sheberghan city.
According to the newsletter, the person was identified and arrested by Special Forces of the NDS when he wanted to enter Sheberghan City for the purpose of terrorist activities.
The armed Taliban have not yet commented on this.
