George and Amal Clooney cut a stylish figure as they attended the premiere of his new mini-series Catch-22 at The Vue cinema in Westfield, London, on Wednesday.   

The Ocean's Eleven star, 58, and human rights lawyer, 41, made a rare red carpet appearance with Amal's mother Baria Alamuddin at the star-studded event.    

Amal exuded glamour in an extravagant black sequined dress with a gold bodice as she cosied up to her actor husband.

The glitzy gown featured a skirt with black embellished layers that caught the eye on the red carpet. 

The stunning human rights lawyer wore her sleek raven tresses in bouncy curls and opted for dramatic eye makeup and a red lip.

She finished the look with a pair of black stilettos, gold earrings and a stylish clutch bag. 

George, 58, looked as dapper as ever in a monochrome outfit, wearing a dark grey suit and shirt which he wore slightly open.

The dashing Hollywood star smouldered for the camera and sported grey facial hair which added to his rugged good looks.

Amal's mother, Baria Alamuddin, a well-known political journalist, looked a vision of elegance in a green ensemble with a chiffon coat.

She wore a stunning jewelled necklace with matching earrings and opted for glamorous makeup.

Amal, a human rights lawyer, gave birth to their twins in June 2017, three years after she wed George during a romantic Venice wedding in 2014.

And only recently, George didn't miss a moment to gush about his little ones and their mother while on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

'They obviously got my wife’s brains,' he told the talk show host. 'They’re not quite two and they can count from one to 20 in English and Italian. I’m still trying to do the English part!'

He added: 'They’re very smart. I don’t like that either. I got a lot of dumb relatives, man. Awful easy!'

George sat in the director's chair for his latest project, an adaptation of the novel Catch-22, which premiers on Hulu May 17, and stars Christopher Abbott and Hugh Laurie.

Early reviews were released for the six-part military tale this week, with many journalist commending the adaptation on the 1961 novel by Joseph Heller.

The Ocean's 11 star produces the new series, directs the first two episodes and also appears in the show as Lieutenant Scheisskopf.
