Blockbuster renovation steals the show at Hollywood Drive

Although its bones were reasonably good at that stage, it still needed taking in hand. The decor was faded, the kitchen was poky and the energy rating was a fairly dismal F. It was also a little on the small side, at 1,206 sq ft, with an adjoining garage.

Once the new owners got going, the place was transformed in a short time. The garage is gone, having been converted to a family room. A separate utility and pantry can be found off the kitchen. As well as the former garage, now family room, there's also a front living room with a fireplace.

The first floor layout is much as it was, with three bedrooms and a bathroom, where there's a free-standing bath and walk-in shower.
