Priyanka Gandhi holds a road show in Mirzapur

VARANASI: On the last day of electioneering for the final phase of the Lok Sabha poll, AICC general secretary for eastern UP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra took out an impressive road show in Mirzapur on Friday. Taking a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, she dubbed hia as the greatest actor and dragged the great actor Amitabh Bachchan in the poll battle.
“Ab aap samajh lijiye ki aapne duniya ke sabse bade abhineta ko Prafhan Mantri bana diya hai.Isase to achha aap Amitabh Bachchan ko PM bana dete. Karna to kisi bhi kuchh nahin tha aapke liye” (You have made the biggest actor of the world a PM. It would have been better to make Amitabh Bachchan the country’s PM, as none of them had to do anything for you”. “Elect a leader not an actor in the election,” she added.
She landed at the Ashtabhuji hill from where she moved to Dankinganj to begin the roadshow. She was accompanied by the leaders of Congress, Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party, Aam Admi Party and Apna Dal (Krisha faction). During the road show, she also called some children and talked to them.
When her road show reached Giradhar crossing some BJP supporters started raising Modi Modi slogan. With a smile, Priyanka put the garland on Modi chanters. Her road show culminated at Sankatmochan temple around 1 pm.
