The actress and fitness enthusiast not only serves us our weekly dose of #fitspiration on Instagram, she is also teaching us new ways of experimenting with yoga!
Malaika has time and again talked of the many benefits of yoga and also credits it as the reason behind her looking ageless! Her everyday routine includes a session of yoga and now, Malaika is showing her fans a new way of practicing yoga-brick yoga! Wondering what it is?
In one of her recent Instagram posts, Malaika can be seen trying our brick yoga by literally balancing her body on two bricks.
As difficult as it looks, Malaika pulls it off with total ease. Talking about it, she writes,

Her love for fitness extends beyond her workout regime. Malaika also recently tied up with Hollywood celebrity and fellow fitness enthusiast Jennifer Lopez to invest in a yoga and wellness start-up, Sarva. She also has her own chain of yoga studios in the city, which are equally popular.
