Alex Hollywood will cite her estranged husband's adultery when the two meet in court to do battle over their vast £10million fortune.
The mum of one, who has a successful career as a chef and author away from the spotlight, has attempted mediation with Great British Bake Off star Paul Hollywood, but talks between them have crashed and burned.
Now the ex-couple's finances will be laid bare in court as they seek to split their marital assets - after Paul, 53, started up a relationship with pretty barmaid Summer Monteys-Fullam, 24, while they were still technically married.
However, he has formally denied adultery, insisting his romance with Summer only began once he and Alex were separated.
The grounds of the divorce is unlikely to have any bearing on the eventually division of assets, the Daily Mail reports.
Instead, lawyers for both parties will initially seek to split Alex and Paul's fortune 50/50 - including their £1million home in Kent where Alex now lives with their 17-year-old son Josh and their labrador.
Paul, meanwhile, has moved in to a £1.3million farmhouse mansion in Kent with Summer, and has showered her with gifts - including two horses.
It's believed the Hollywoods' bitter split has already made their legal teams better off to the tune of six figures - with Alex pushing to have her day in court where she can finally have their say over the end of their 20-year marriage.
It's likely she'll come face to face with Paul and her love rival if Summer decides to support her silver fox beau.
Meanwhile, Summer and Paul's romance has been getting more serious by the month, as their four-bedroom home is registered in both of their names.
They've been holidaying together around the world, and Summer has been spotted with a host of new designer handbags and jewellery.
Some reports suggest their getting a dog while renovating their luxurious farmhouse property is a "dry run" for having a baby together.
Alex, on the other hand, has not started dating since her marriage broke down for the second time in November 2017.
The 54-year-old had taken Hollywood back following a brief separation in 2013 after he admitted having an affair with Marcela Valladolid, his co-star on the US version of Bake Off.
But finding out about him and Summer was the final straw .
"Everybody's allowed one mistake," Alex has said.
"It happened again and it was a done deal, my marriage was over."
The glamorous chef is now moving on from her painful split, with pals seeing a huge change in her mindset.
"Alex is feeling strong and keeping busy with things like judging the Great Taste Awards and preparing for the BBC Good Food Show next month," one told Mirror Online.
"She's getting on with life and looking forward not back."
