BENGALURU: A 2 2-year-old resident of Srirampura, fighting alcohol and ganja addiction, was found dead under mysterious circumstances in the bathroom of the Sunkadakatte rehabilitation centre he was admitted to.
Kamakshipalya police said Prem Kiran, a college dropout, used to harass his parents for money to buy alcohol and ganja. Police have registered a case of suspicious death based on the complaint filed by his mother, Selvi, a domestic help.

"His parents decided that he needed professional help and got him admitted to Golden Life Rehabilitation Centre a month ago. The staff of the centre found him dead, hanging by an electric wire late on Friday and immediately informed police. Cops said they will wait for the autopsy report to know the exact cause of death before proceeding.
