A Fort Fairfield man is dead after a crash in Howland on Saturday night.Maine State police said 30-year-old Ted MacArthur was pronounced dead at the scene.Police say the driver lost control of the vehicle, going off the road into an embankment. The vehicle hit a culvert and rolled over.They say MacArthur, a passenger, was not wearing his seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.The driver is expected to recover. She is being treated at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center. State police are still investigating how this happened.
