They are the backbone of our workforce, and we must stand up to protect their right to collectively bargain for a safe, fair, and productive workplace. Chris Hall is the 13th District State Representative, having served Woodbury County in the Iowa House of Representatives for nine years. Rep Hall is presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke’s Iowa Political Director. Hall was born and raised in Sioux City.
