Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S Price in India, Specifications, Features Launch Highlights: After the success of Redmi Note 7 Pro, Xiaomi today announced the Redmi Note 7S, the newest addition to the Note 7 series in India. The Redmi Note 7S is the company’s second 48MP camera smartphone in the country and its price starts at Rs 10,999 for 3GB/32GB model and the 4GB/64GB model costs Rs 12,999. The device will go on sale on May 23 via Mi India website and Flipkart.

The phone features Snapdragon 660 processor paired with up to 4GB of RAM and up to 64GB of internal storage. It sports 48MP+5MP dual rear camera, 13MP front camera, 4,000mAh battery with QC 4 support via USB Type-C port, IR blaster, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, and 6.3-inch FHD+ display with Dot Notch.
Redmi Note 7S will be available to buy from this week starting May 23 on Thursday on Mi.com, Mi Home Stores and Flipkart.com. The phone will also be available soon across all offline stores of MI-- Mi Studio, Mi Stores, Mi partner stores and retail chains.
The price of the Redmi Note 7S is Rs 10,999 for the 3GB RAM 32GB internal storage model and Rs 12,999 for the 4GB RAM 64GB internal storage.
The phone comes with P2i splash-resistant coating, rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and secondary 5MP rear camera. The phone has been launched in 3GB RAM and 4GB RAM models.
Redmi Note 7S has a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display with Dot Notch and 1.95mm thin bezels. It features the Aura Design at the back and sports 2.5D curved glass back. It has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on front and back
The Redmi Note 7S features a 3.5mm headphone jack and an IR blaster on the top.
Redmi Note 7S features a USB Type-C port with support for Quick Charge 4. Redmi is giving a Quick Charge 2.0 (10W fast charging) adapter in the box. For QC 4 charger, users have to buy it form the market.
The phone packs a 4,000mAh battery. It gives 13+ hours of video playback, 150+ hours of music playback. The standby time on the phone is 250+ hours.
Redmi Note 7S features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with a clock speed of 2.2GHz. Manu Kumar Jain says that the AnTuTu benchmark score of the device is 1,47,256.
Redmi Note 7S features a Dot Notch design on the front. It sports a 13MP selfie camera.
Redmi Note 7S features a 48MP camera with f/1.8 aperture. The sensor has 1.6micron super pixel technology which combines the data from four pixels into one bigger pixel.
Redmi Note 7S is available in three colour options-- Onyx Black, Sapphire Blue, Ruby Red. It has the same glass back like the Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro.

Since Redmi Note 7S will be part of the Note 7 series of the Redmi phones, we can expect a design for Redmi Note 7S similar to Redmi Note 7 and Note 7 Pro. The phone might be powered by Snapdragon 660 processor and sport a 4,000mAh battery. The price of the phone is expected to start at Rs 10,000.

It was followed by a tweet by Xiaomi Global VP Manu Kumar Jain where he is holding the red coloured variant of the phone confirming a dual rear camera setup and a rear fingerprint sensor. Xiaomi also shared photos highlighting the daylight shots, portrait shots and low-light shots.
