Perkins, who used to support Birmingham City, was banned for life from going to any of their games when in March he tweeted mocking Jack Grealish's dead brother.

Grealish, who plays for Aston Villa, scored the winning goal during a football match against Birmingham City before being punched in the head by another fan - Paul Mitchell, 27.

Mitchell was jailed for 14 weeks.

Above a picture of Keelan's grave, Perkins wrote: 'He might have scored but it'll never bring his dead brother back and that gives me more satisfaction than anything every could hahahahahahaha'.

It is believed he stopped supporting Birmingham after he was banned and started supporting Manchester City as he was studying in the area.

Perkins has previously tweeted to say: 'Grealish went down quicker than his brother was lowered into the grave'.

And on another occasion said: 'Che Adams to score the winner and reveal a shirt in front of Grealish saying "where's your brother gone?", come on'.
