CHENNAI: Freshworks has acquired Natero, a customer success management software company based out of San Francisco. Freshworks did not reveal financial terms of the acquisition. With the buyout, Freshworks’ Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings will include customer success apart from marketing, sales and support.
