Renuka makes a dash to Khammam to prepare team

Hyderabad: Wasting no time Renuka Chowdhury rushed to Khammam parliamentary constituency ahead of counting of votes on Thursday. She had a busy day holding meeting with leaders in-charge of the party for the seven assembly constituencies falling under the Khammam Lok Sabha seat and discuss the arrangements put in place by them to monitor the counting of votes.
She also held review meetings and participated in training sessions for the counting agents appointed by her.She explained to them how important is the role of counting agents in ensuring that no malpractice takes place in connection with electronic voting machines (EVMs) or the counting of votes.
The counting agents were trained to spend long hours in the counting centres as their day would start at six in the morning and will end only after the exercise of counting of votes conclude. Renuka also asked her close aides to ensure that proper transport arrangements were made for the counting agents.
