WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – A construction worker died while on a construction site on the campus of Winston-Salem State University on Wednesday.
Crews were called to the new science building under construction at about 3:45 p.m. on Cromartie Street
Michael R. Bailey, 60, is believed to have suffered from cardiac arrest. He was working for Kirlin Carolinas. No foul play is suspected.
The Winston-Salem Fire Department posted video of the scene to Twitter at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
