Thiruvananthapuram Election Result 2019: Shashi Tharoor records a hattrick victory

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Shashi Tharoor of Congress won against BJP’s Kummanam Rajasekharan in Thiruvananthapuram Lok Sabha constituency according to the latest trends.
After the latest round of counting, Shashi Tharoor has received 4,16,131 number votes while his BJP rival Kummanam Rajasekharan has got 3,16,142 number of votes.
Overall, the BJP has won 302 seats and is leading in 1 constituency while Congress has won 52 seats as per trends at 12:45 PM on Friday, May 24.

In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, Tharoor defeated Sri O Rajagopal of BJP with a majority of votes.
