HYDERABAD: A 36-year-old Information Technology (IT) technician was found dead after he fell from a five storied building at Banjara Hills road no 8 in the wee hours of Saturday under suspicious circumstances. Police suspect that it could be a case of murder and a case was registered on the charge of section 302 (murder) of IPC.
Banjara Hills police said that Shiva Nagaraju, who works in Jaro Education as IT Technician-cum-Manager, was found in a pool of blood on the floor of a building, where his office is located.

It was at 7 pm on Friday Shiva called his wife Navya and informed her that he will be coming home late. When Navya tried to reach her husband on his phone at 8.30 pm, Shiva did not attend her call. Despite making repeated efforts to reach Shiva, she could not reach him.
Finally it was around 4 am on Saturday, Navya sent their known person Gautham to visit Shiva’s office to look for Shiva. But to their shock, Gautham found Shiva lying in pool of blood on the ground floor.
When the crime was reported to the police, they reached the spot and found that it was a suspicious case. When they looked for the CCTV footage, police on the outsider got a footage of he falling down. But to their surprise, the footage of inside Shiva’s office is not there since the CCTV were kept switched off from 8.30 pm.
Shiva is a resident of Hayathnagar and a native of Krishna district in Andhra Pradesh. Shiva’s dead body was sent to Osmania General Hospital (OGH), where Post Mortem Examination (PME) was done. It was found that there are multiple injuries, which includes slash injuries at wrist, stab at stomach and marks of strangulation.
``There a few stab injuries on Shiva. How the incident happened is still being investigated. We are questioning few persons associated with Jaro Education. In the time, except Shiva all the other colleagues left the office,’’ Banjara Hills Inspector Kalinga Rao said. Police suspect that previous enmity or dispute could be the reason behind the murder of Shiva.
