NEW DELHI: The Department of Higher Secondary Education, DHSE, Kerala has announced Kerala plus one result 2019 on Tuesday i.e., May 28, 2019. DHSE has also declared Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) plus one results on its official website.
The DHSE +1 or Kerala HSE plus one results for Vocational has been released today around 11:00 am. Candidates who have appeared for the plus one examination can check their result on the official site of DHSE at dhsekerala.gov.in and keralaresults.nic.in- to check and download their results.
Candidates need to enter their hall ticket number to download Kerala plus one 2019 result.

Around 4 lakh students have appeared for the examination in government and aided schools across the state. Students can access the result on keralaresults.nic.in. It may be noted that the score would not have a lasting impact on the final year higher secondary result as the candidates would get chances for improving their score before they appear for the second year examination.
Kerala plus one examination was commenced on March 6 and ended on March 27, 2019.
In 2018, DHSE Board released Class 11 result on May 28, 2018. The examination was conducted from March 7 to March 28, 2018. A total of 3.79 lakh students have appeared for the exam out of which 69,685 students are from open school. Candidates who have appeared for the examination can check for more details on the official site of DHSE, Kerala.
Kerala higher secondary results were announced on May 8, 2019, which recorded a slight increase compared to the previous year. The percentage of candidates who have been declared eligible for higher studies this year is 84.33 as against the last year's 83.75 percentage.
Among the districts, Kozhikode topped the list with a pass percentage of 87.44 %. The district with lowest pass percentage is Pathanamthitta (78 %). Malappuram district has the highest number of students (1865) winning A+ grade for all subjects.
As many as 183 candidates secured 1200 score out of 1200 and 14244 students for A+ in all subjects. Of the total 369238 school going students appeared for the higher secondary examination in March 2019, 311375 become eligible for higher studies. Results statistics reveal that the pass percentage among girl students is way above that of boys. While 91.15 percent of girl students become eligible for higher studies, the percentage of boys who secured enough marks to become eligible for higher studies is only 76.60.
