LUCKNOW: Weeks after she stoked controversy, saying it would not be possible to work for Muslims if they didn't vote for her, senior BJP leader Maneka Gandhi, who's on a three-day thanks-giving visit to her constituency, Sultanpur, on Sunday said, she would work for everyone, including those who opposed her. " Jinhone vote diya woh bhi mere hain, jinhone nahi diya woh bhi mere apne hain (Those who voted for me are mine and those who didn't are also mine," said Maneka.

"I will visit villages in my constituency every month and help solve problems faced by people in the best possible way," she said.
"People should give me in writing what work needs to be done. My priority is to take everyone along on the path of development," she said. She is expected to meet district administration and police officials in the next couple of days.
