SAN DIEGO — Two weeks after opening, SeaWorld’s newest roller coaster shut down Tuesday due to an “operational issue.”

The park says it is working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue in hopes of reopening Tidal Twister as soon as possible, SeaWorld said in a statement.

No one was injured.

SeaWorld debuted the new ride on May 21.
