‘Linen King’ settles $15 million lawsuit with ex for $35,000

Manhattan “linen king” George Bardwil just got the deal of a lifetime — settling the $15 million lawsuit brought by his ex-wife over claims he battered her for mere pennies.

Emiko Bardwil, 33, sued her much older millionaire ex in 2013 for “horrific acts of violence and intimidation” that she says she endured during their three-year marriage.

The case against the 67-year-old CEO of Bardwil Home — a linen and home supply business — was slated to head to trial next week but the pair settled, according to court papers filed Tuesday.

A source confirmed that George agreed to pay Emiko just $35,000.

“My client’s name has been dragged through the mud all these years,” said George’s lawyer, Vik Pawar. “If his former wife was digging for gold, she walked away with a handful of worthless metal.”

Emiko filed criminal charges against George in May 2012 for slamming her head against the floor of their posh Turtle Bay apartment.

George was convicted by a jury of assault in July 2014 and separately pleaded guilty to pulling an illegal loaded gun on an intruder in 2013.

He was sentenced to two years in prison for both.

The Post previously reported that Emiko has since remarried and had a child with a successful California businessman in his 50s.

Emiko’s lawyer, Raoul Felder, fired back, “It may not be gold, but it’s good old American dollars and not bolts of linen.”
