Sewer replacement makes life hell

I have been complaining about the digging up of my street, Number Five, Govind Puri Extension, Kalkaji, for two months. DJB has changed the sewer line and following that, the contractor left the street without layering the road or filling up potholes that were made during digging. People are getting injured and it's difficult to move. This is not the story of this street alone, they have turned the entire area into hell.I contacted senior the engineer and the junior engineer a number of times who promised help. They removed the debris but left without levelling the street.
