Emma McVey is proudly displaying her tiny 12-week baby bump after facing criticism throughout her last pregnancy.

The brunette beauty is expecting her second child with her former Geordie Shore star boyfriend Gaz Beadle .

They welcomed son Chester 17 months ago, but throughout her first pregnancy, Emma faced criticism.

Both she and Gaz, 31, spoke out after Emma was sent vile comments from people who didn't like the fact her baby bump was so small.

But now that baby number two is on the way, Emma says she's going to do things her way this time around, despite what anyone says.

Emma revealed her stance on the issue as she posed up in her underwear.

She balanced Chester on one hip as she held up a sign that read "12 weeks" in reference to her pregnancy, and "17 months" for Chester's age.

She said: "This was my 12 week bump update - no not much of a bump yet but definitely a little more round, and I’m sure I’ll pop a lot earlier second time around!

"I really regretted not documenting my bump in my pregnancy with Chester, more because I just couldn’t be bothered with the grief I got for being so small (crazy when you look at the size of him now).

"But I’ve decided no matter what size bump I have this time I’ll definitely be taking photos to look back on!"

She added: "Update - to be honest I’ve felt ABSOLUTELY horrendous, exhausted, sickness tablets, faint...I really struggled with the first trimester, and the fact you can’t rest that much with a wild toddler, work and house work to keep up to, makes it pretty hard"

Her followers praised her defiant message.

One said: "Soooooo glad you’re not gunna take notice of the stupid comments. I remember reading comments on your posts last time and it made me so sad!"

Another told her: "Absolutely document it! You’ll love looking back. Don’t listen to any haters."

And one posted: "Everyone's bump is different just like our bodys are different and to be honest people complaining about how small your bump with chester was were only jealous I'd kill to have you 9month pregnant bod! Enjoy your pregnancy and congrats"
