Indian worker from Nizamabad dies after accidentally falling from 4th floor of building in Malaysia

A 37-year-old Indian from Nizamabad in Telangana died in an accident in Malaysia. The Pravasi Bhartiya Sahaya Kendra of the ministry of external affairs has informed that the body of Shaik Ahmed, the victim, would be sent to India on Wednesday.

HYDERABAD: A 37-year-old Indian from Nizamabad in Telangana died in an accident in Malaysia. The Pravasi Bhartiya Sahaya Kendra of the ministry of external affairs has informed that the body of Shaik Ahmed, the victim, would be sent to India on Wednesday.
The High Commission of India in Kualalumpur has also spoke to the family and informed that the transportation of the mortal remains to India late on Wednesday night.

According to relatives of the victim, Shaik Ahmed had gone to Malaysia to work in a construction company. They said they learnt that while he was at work, he accidentally fell from the fourth floor of the building and died on Monday. He was an auto-driver and chose to go to Malaysia for work. A relative said Shaik Ahmed had taken a loan of a few lakh rupees in order to pay the agents for getting the job. “The family of Shaik Ahmed is distressed and they are in great grief. It will be good if the government helps them financially,” said Mirza Khalid. The family of the victim resides at Autonagar in Nizamabad.
