This isn't garbage

This is the record room of the Registrar of Societies, Daryaganj. If a file is lost, the staff is not able to trace and the public is asked to search for it. The file of RWA Pocket A-9, DDA Flats, Kalkaji Extension, belonging to the Saket office, is in this heap as per the system records maintained at the Daryaganj office. We tried but could not find it.How can anyone hope to find anything in this mess?
