AURANGABAD: An 18-year-old boy was killed after he inadvertently touched live electricity wire in his house on Sunday afternoon.
The shock was so severe that he succumbed to his injuries on the spot.
The deceased has been identified as Aniket Mahendra Tehre and was a resident of New Nandanvan Colony in Cantonment area of the city.
The incident took place at 12.30pm on Sunday, after which he was rushed to the Government Medical College and Hospital, where the medical officer declared him dead on arrival.

Cantonment police maintained that based on the intimation received from GMCH, a case of accidental death has been registered.
