With over 20 plus years of experience in diverse aspects of real estate, Shaifali has significant cross-geographical experience across real estate consulting, transaction management, design & project management. Her previous assignments included a multi-national real estate services agency, a global retail giant, an architectural design and project services firm.Exposure to diverse industries have provided her extensive knowledge in areas of Business Development; Marketing & Communications; Sales & Client Relationship and Finance.
Beginning her career in India, Shaifali held key positions at Jones Lang Lasalle (as part of the Retail & Commercial Office Markets team), DivyaSree and Space Matrix. Part of her life journey took her to London, where she worked with a V C firm, managing the business portfolio of various start-up ventures. On return to India in 2011, Shaifali resumed her professional career at DivyaSree.

At DivyaSree, Shaifali is at the helm of the Residential Vertical and manages teams across Corporate Marketing, Design, Sales & CRM, Legal, Project Execution & Asset Management. As part of the senior leadership team, she is a key member of the team for new project initiation, business strategy, corporate finance, expansion of DivyaSree’s portfolio in key Indian cities of Pune, Mumbai, and NCR.
Residing in Bengaluru, Shaifali is an avid traveller and her go-to stress busters are her 3 favorite hobbies running, reading & sketching. Shaifali is high on energy and follows a healthy work-life balance, managing her work, her family and her personal aspirations.
