Garbage unlimited in Narmada Aptt

There is an insane amount of garbage dumped by some irresponsible residents in Block 5, Narmada Apartments, causing not only inconvenience in movement but also serving as a breeding ground for mosquitoes, cockroaches and others. Regular complaints to the welfare association have also not been well-received. SDMC has turned a blind eye. Where should the common man go?
