Lotto America Ticket Worth $21.6M Sold At Ramsey Gas Station
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A Lotto America ticket purchased in the north metro is worth about $21.6 million.
Minnesota Lottery officials say the winning ticket, which matched all five winning numbers drawn Thursday plus the Star Ball, was purchased at the Holiday gas station in Ramsey, on 14075 Ramsey Boulevard.
"We are thrilled to have a jackpot winner in Minnesota!" said Minnesota Lottery Executive Director Adam Prock. "The winner should put the ticket somewhere safe, get any advice that they need and then call us to make arrangements to claim their prize."
The winning numbers were 16, 22, 32, 36, 42 and Star Ball 8.
This is not the first big win for this lucky store.
"Congratulations to Holiday #395!" Prock said. "In addition to this $21.6 million win, this store has sold a $1 million winning ticket and two $50,000 winning tickets."
Minnesota Lottery officials say they have not heard from the apparent winner. The winner has one year from the drawing date to claim the prize.
