PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Officials in Grants Pass say remains found near the car of missing actor Charles Levin are likely his.

Search and Rescue crews have been searching for 70-year-old Levin for the past week. On Saturday, they found his car near Illinois Valley on a remote road. The car was off the roadway and disabled.

Troopers found Levin’s pug Boo Bear deceased inside the car. They conducted a search nearby and found human remains. The remains are still undergoing testing but officials say there is a high probability they are Levin’s.

Levin appeared in movies and TV shows and spent many years working Hollywood.
