Delhi: Youth from north-east beaten up brutally in Kotla Mubarakpur

In a shocking incident in Delhi, a youth hailing from the north-east has been beaten by three drunken men in Kotla Mubarakpur area. Apparently the youth was speaking in English and that enraged the men. Victim is a resident of Darjeeling and was attacked brutally, his condition is critical and he is on ventilator. A friend of of the victim, informed the police that one of the accused attacked the victim with a wooden plank while they were returning home after attending a birthday party. Two accused have been nabbed but the third one is still on the run.
