Gunterville’s Moultrie, Fort Payne’s Crow lead North in XC all-star events

MONTGOMERY — Gunterville’s Sam Moultrie and Fort Payne’s Maggie Crow each competed in the Alabama High School Athletic Association's North-South all-star cross country competition Wednesday morning at AUM.
Moultrie finished first individually on the boys’ side with a 16:44.90. He led the North to a close 27-28 win.
Crow finished fifth overall individually for the girls and first for the North team with a 21:22.20. The South won the girls’ event 19-36.
