People who purchased VIP tickets for the event can request a refund, the release said.

Cool Creek Park concert canceled

A Friday night concert feature Dave and Rae at Cool Creek Park in Carmel has been canceled due to the heat, the county announced Friday morning.

"Out of concern for the health and well-being of our fans, performers, volunteers, vendors and staff, tonight’s concert at Cool Creek Park, featuring Dave and Rae, has been cancelled due to the extreme and dangerous heat forecast through the weekend," the news release said.

Noblesville Concert Series event postponed

A Summer Concert Series event with "The Doo! Band" has been postponed until 7 p.m. Aug. 8, a city spokesperson said in a Thursday morning news release.

"With the concert series held outdoors in the open area of Dillon Park, city staff feels it would in the public’s best interest to reschedule tonight’s show for another time when the weather doesn’t cause health and safety concerns," the statement said.
