CORIO CP-1000F

The circulators from the CORIO series stand for pioneering technology with high demands on accuracy, economics, and handling. With the new CP models, the CORIO family has added powerful heating immersion circulators, refrigerated circulators, and heating circulators. The extended temperature range and a higher pump capacity is designed to make the CORIO CP an ideal partner for the safe temperature control of simple external applications. In addition, the CORIO CP offers 3-point Absolute Temperature Calibration (ATC3) and promises the reliable compensation of temperature deviations even when used in larger baths. 

Precise, Reliable, and Functional

Focused on customer requirements, JULABO circulators have set the benchmark for temperature control technology in the temperature control industry for decades. Equipped with all important core functions, the CORIO models are now an essential part of the daily work in many industrial companies and laboratories. With a temperature range of -50 °C to +200 °C and a heating capacity of 2 kW, the circulators are particularly suitable for routine work. The pump capacity of the CORIO models is 15 l/min or 0.35 bar and for the new CORIO CP models 27 l/min or 0.7 bar. In line with the usual JULABO premium quality, all models meet the highest standards in terms of precision, reliability, and functionality. The CORIO models offer high heating/cooling capacities for short heat-up and cool-down times and are extremely quiet. The refrigerated circulators work reliably and accurately even at higher ambient temperatures up to + 40 °C. Universal bath attachment clamps for custom containers, bath tanks in various sizes and designs as well as powerful refrigeration units make the CORIO an all-rounder for internal and external temperature applications. 

The comprehensive range of accessories from the JULABO product range enables the flexible adaptation of the models to the individual requirements of a wide variety of applications. The range of CORIO accessories includes a wide selection of inserts, tubing, adapters, connectors, and more. A typical application of the circulators is the temperature control application of external, closed consumers, such as photometer, refractometer, viscometer, etc. In parallel, smaller objects can be temperature-controlled directly in the circulator bath.

Highest Energy Efficiency

The development of the CORIO series not only paid attention to environmentally friendly materials and technologies but also considered the energy saving aspect. Different refrigeration unit modes, such as permanently activated, with automatic activation, or deactivated, ensure high energy efficiency. The use of high-quality materials and outstanding insulation of the models minimize unnecessary energy loss.

Sophisticated, Functional, and Space-saving

The CORIO circulators convince with a sleek modern design for easy and time-saving operation. All controls and safety functions are operated from the front, thus allowing quick access to all relevant functions. The mains switch on the top of the circulator switches the circulator and refrigeration unit on and off simultaneously. Further advantages of the intelligent product design are the bright, easy-to-read display and the integrated timer. The pump is easily switched between internal and external circulation directly below the display. The connected cooling unit is fully controlled by the circulator during operation. Inclined pump connections on the back of the model facilitate the connection of external applications. The USB port enables the easy use of a remote control. Thanks to the standard RS232 interface, the new CORIO CP can be integrated into complex automated process structures.

The refrigerated circulators offer a larger internal bath volume due to the retracted cooling coil and thus more space for internal applications. The models were designed without side vents for a smaller footprint. Thus, the circulators can be placed directly next to other devices and applications or directly against the wall. Thanks to the ergonomic handles, the CORIO models can be easily moved at any time. The larger 600F, 601F, 900F, 1000F, and 1001F CORIO models are equipped with integrated wheels for maximum mobility. In combination with the ergonomic handles, the models can be quickly moved to a different location.

Safe and Clean Application

The specially developed bath lid guarantees a safe and clean application. The plastic handle of the lid protects against unwanted contact with hot surfaces and thus prevents burns. Thanks to the special pyramid design on the inside of the lid, the fluid is deliberately returned into the bath when the lid is lifted off. Ventilation integrated into the CORIO models directs air over the bath lid and minimizes condensation. The bath fluid is drained without special tools comfortably and cleanly via the drain tap. The magnetic front grid can be removed without tools for time-saving care and maintenance of the model. Thus, unavoidable dust penetrating the model through the venting grid can easily be removed.

CORIO CP-600F

CP-200F, CP-201F, and CP-300F Models

Refrigerated circulators CP-200F, CP-201F, and CP-300F have a bath opening/bath depth of 13x 15/15 cm. Thanks to the optimized design of the cooling coil, even the smaller models score with more space in the bath and thus offer a larger filling volume of 3 to 4 liters. With a temperature range of -20 °C to +200 °C or -30 °C to +200 °C, the models guarantee short heat-up and cool-down times.

CP-600, CP-601F, and CP-900F Models

The CORIO CP-600F features a bath opening/bath depth of 22 x 15/15 cm, the CP-601F 22 x 15/20 cm, and the CP-900F 26 x 35/20 cm. Thanks to the optimized design of the cooling coil, the models offer more space in the bath with an enlarged filling volume of 5 to 7.5, 8 to 10, and 21 to 30 liters. With a temperature range of -35 °C to +200 °C or -38 °C to +200 °C, the models guarantee short heat-up and cool-down times.

CP-1000F and CP-1001F Models

The CORIO CP-1000F offers a bath opening/bath depth of 18 x 13/15 cm, and the CP-1001F of 35 x 41/30 cm. Thanks to the optimized design of the cooling coil, the models offer more space in the bath with a larger filling volume of 5 to 7.5 and 42 to 56 liters. With a temperature range of -50 °C to +200 °C or -38 °C to +100 °C, the models guarantee short heat-up and cool-down times.
