Strategic coordination reinforces between China, France

Strategic coordination to be reinforced between China and France, both countries agreed on Friday, according to Xinhua.

The Foreign Minister Wang Yi and the Chinese State Councilor visited the French president's diplomatic counselor Emmanuel Bonne and came to the agreement as they co-chaired the new round of discussion between the organizers for the China-France Strategic Dialogue.


Wang told that the both countries, being permanent members of the UN Security Council, bear the responsibility of protecting world peace and security, as they need to promote the international community to cooperate to overcome universal challenges.

Wang also urged the two sides to strengthen the mutual trust, respect one another over issues including core interests and major concerns, and work to improve the mutually-beneficial collaboration.


Bonne stated that France is willing to provide a fair and just environment for Chinese companies, as well as urging a closer collaboration and intensive efforts of the two countries in ensuring stronger multilateralism and advantages of all countries.
