Chloe Khan has risked a backlash by opening a competition for her social media followers to win a range of plastic surgery procedures.

The 27-year-old reality star is no stranger to going under the knife in pursuit of an enhanced appearance after undergoing bum lifts, boob jobs, nose jobs and more.

And while many will find the former X Factor contestant a true stunner, many more might argue she has taken surgery to dangerous levels - not least because her health has been jeopardised by her surgeries in the past.

Throwing caution to the wind, however (and ignoring her own past surgery disasters), Chloe took to social media this week to offer free procedures for followers.

Announcing the “cosmetic surgery giveaway” on Instagram , Chloe explained £20,000 worth of procedures were up for grabs.

Fans were given the chance to win bum implants, a rhinoplasty (aka a nose job) or two Brazilian Bum Lifts (a non invasive procedure designed to lift the buttocks).

“I will personally select winners on Instagram live! Arghhh how exciting. Good luck,” the star teased as fans flew into a flurry of excitement over the prospect of winning bum lifts.

However, fans of Chloe should know to be cautious of cosmetic surgery as the reality star has endured some of the worst botched surgeries known to the celeb world - and indeed one follower said they were "worried" about the surgery being offered, saying: "I've heard horror stories."

Chloe has broken down in tears in the past while explaining how bad surgery left her unable to breath through her nose.

She has even explained that she has had to tape her nose down in order to prevent it coming off completely after past surgery went horribly wrong.

She has even branded going under the knife a “crazy” thing to do - despite continuing to do so herself.

“When you step back and look at it you’re like ‘wow this is crazy what are we doing?’ But it’s just life today,” she said during an appearance on Victoria Derbyshire’s BBC show last year.

She also previously told New Magazine: “I’m not addicted [to surgery], but when you have something done and you love the results, it makes you want to get something else."
