Curb graft, Telangana DGP tells Warangal CP

HYDERABAD: Warangal Commissioner of Police gave a memo to circle Inspector, Wardhannapet asking to stop corruption after a Twitter user tagged the Telangana DGP in a tweet about the collection of bribes by a constable and attached a video.
Pulse of Telangana (@PTelangana) posted a video on Friday, in which a person is seen taking money from several heavy vehicles as they pass by.The Twitter user claimed that the man in the video was a constable taking bribes from sand tractors.
“After the video went viral, we issued a memo as a warning. We are still investigating the issue,” said Vishwanath Ravinder, Warangal Commissioner of Police.
