Bihar CM honours three farmers who found ‘meteorite’ in Madhubani

PATNA: Chief minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday honoured three farmers, who had found a meteorite-like object in a paddy field at Mahadeva village under the Laukahi police station area in Madhubani district on July 22 this year, at a simple function at the Bihar Museum here.
The three farmers – Rajkumar Prasad, Bihari Yadav and Raj Kumar Khatawe – were offered shawls and mementos in the presence of senior officials of the state government and the Bihar Museum.

The celestial object, which has now been kept at the Bihar Museum, was also opened for public viewing by the CM.
