Garbage & scrap in Sanskriti Aptt Rohini

This DDA society, Sanskriti Apartments, located in Sector 28, Rohini, has been made messy by a few careless residents who strew garbage around the society. Construction work is also going on in many flats, scrap from which is carelessly left or dropped on the roadside. There are at least 15 sites in the society where scrap & garbage has been dumped for more than two months.It's leading to a stink and mosquito breeding.
