The August bank holiday weekend is finally here – and it is bringing impressive discounts with it.
To celebrate the end of the summer, our favourite retailers are slashing prices on a whole host of essential pieces.

Amazon has launched a nine-day event to honour the end of the summer with impressive savings. The sale will take place from 00:01 on Thursday 22 until 23:59 on Friday August 30 where you can shop beauty, kitchen, home appliances, devices, gaming and everything you will need to go back to school or university. The items are organised thematically - Off to Uni, Garden Clean Up, Smart Home and TV’s, Movies and Home Cinema and with lightening and daily deals.

John Lewis
The sale continues over at John Lewis where there is up to 50 per cent on items reduced to clear. You can shop womenswear, menswear, and selected home and garden with up to half price off. There is also 15 per cent off beauty and fragrances and 30 per cent off furniture and lights. Tech and gadgets have also been treated to discounts.

Swoon Editions isn’t missing out on the bank holiday sales fun. On all designs, when you spend, you can also save until August 27. The Debenhams bank holiday sale has begun where you can purchase your must-needed items with up to 30 per cent off, but hurry as the discounts end Monday.
