Gadchiroli attack: NIA gets 45-day extension to file chargesheet

The NIA had sought further time to file the chargesheet under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

A special court on Monday granted the National Investigation Agency (NIA) an extension of 45 days to file the chargesheet against eight persons arrested in June in connection with the attack on security personnel in Gadchiroli.

The NIA had sought further time to file the chargesheet under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
